Damit wir eine Meldung wirksam bearbeiten können, soll sie gemäß Art. 16 Abs. 2 DSA enthalten: eine hinreichend begründete Erläuterung, warum der Inhalt rechtswidrig sein soll; die genaue elektronische Adresse (URL, IP-Adresse oder eine andere eindeutige Angabe, die uns das Auffinden ermöglicht); Name und E-Mail-Adresse der meldenden Person oder Einrichtung; sowie eine Erklärung, dass die Angaben nach bestem Wissen richtig und vollständig sind. Meldungen zu Darstellungen sexuellen Kindesmissbrauchs können ausdrücklich anonym erstattet werden.

To enable us to process a notice effectively, it should contain, pursuant to Art. 16(2) DSA: a sufficiently substantiated explanation of why the content is alleged to be illegal; the exact electronic location (URL, IP address or another unique identifier enabling us to locate it); the name and e-mail address of the notifying person or entity; and a statement that the information provided is accurate and complete to the best of their knowledge. Notices concerning depictions of child sexual abuse may expressly be submitted anonymously.
